The Timemaster Delivery Plan workshop is optional. It identifies the business and the technology issues that need to be addressed as part of the implementation.

A Timemaster consultant will interview key staff in order to fully understand your requirement. The people who are typically interviewed will include:

  • Programme manager (or equivalent)
  • Project Manager
  • Finance/Accounts manager
  • IT Manager

Timemaster Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Staff roles and responsibilities in relation to the use of Timemaster

Timemaster Set-ups:

  • User Group access rights
  • Service structure
  • Resource Groups structure
  • An outline of how projects will be set-up within Timemaster
  • An outline of how staff will be set-up within Timemaster
  • Key system parameter settings

Timemaster Project Plan:

  • Project implementation timescales

Timemaster Training Plan:

  • Details and content of training

The report essentially outlines the current situation and provides a clear strategy for a successful Timemaster implementation.
