4. Setup
All of these optional Preparation services have been designed to provide the functionality required by new customer:.
An Orica consultant will work with your organisation to configure the functionality which may have been captured earlier in the Delivery Plan. This will include the setting up of code files and system parameters.
The Set-up will also look at how Timemaster will be used within your organization and will suggest a number of different system roles/functions. These can include but are not limited to:
- Timesheet Users
- Line Managers
- Project Managers
- Department managers
- Directors
- Finance
- System Administration
Each role is assigned a list of different menu options defining what they can and cannot do within the Timemaster system. It is further possible to logically split the data held within the system to provide a 'local view' of the application.
Once completed, assistance will be provided to create staff, hourly rate tables, overhead projects and project templates.
