Timemaster Version 3
Another killer report added to Web Version 3 of Timemaster. The monthly profitability spreadsheet has long been available to administrators using the Timemaster Windows application but now is available over the web to project managers.
The Project Profitability by Month report shows actual and predicted income and costs for a 12 month period. The report is configurable to show just income, just costs or both with the profit line graph following the report.
- View actual and predicted cashflow for each month
- Speculative projects or part of projects are factored by their probability of going ahead
- Restricted by access rights which provide access to either income or costs or both
- Can be filtered for part or all of the total project
- Quick filters by project leader, client manager, client or resource team
- Graphical representation of profit
- Can be exported to Excel, PDF etc.
- Drill down to the profitability schedule for more information and predicted cashflow by project-stage
- Shown below the option for reporting income only
