The Enquiry system allows you to share project information with project stakeholders. You decide the level of details you wish to publish and to whom you publish it to. The system can be used to share all project information between offices in different geographic locations or to share project overviews with clients and partners..

Web pages may include:

  • Any project related information, either single data entities or multi-line queries
  • Pictures and photographs relating to the project
  • Links to mapping engines such as Mulimap, Google
  • Photographs of key personnel
  • Links to download project PDF documents
  • A feedback for so users may enter comments or questions

  • Links to internal or external pages

The web designer allows you to :

  • Design web pages from within the main Timemaster application, without having to request any assistance from IT - web pages are generated on demand by the web enquiry system.
  • Define who is allowed access to which web pages - and who is allowed to change information.
  • You can have internal pages containing project updates and performance information and also external pages containing overview information.
  • Pages will always contain the latest information, once designed they refresh automatically.
  • Define which sets of projects each user is allowed to view, by client, ward or parish, resource group etc.
